What are Scholarships?

Scholarships are a form of financial aid awarded to qualified students on the basis of academic performance (e.g., grades, test scores, course curriculum), competition, particular skill, financial need, or a combination of unique circumstances. Some scholarships may require the applicant to submit an essay, a video or other items allowing them to use their creativity. These awards can come in the form of cash or a tuition reduction waiver. Usually, no repayment is required if academic obligations are met. Scholarships are FREE MONEY. Make sure you don’t pay to research scholarships.
